How we operate
We start by planning a budget for the technology in your environment. This is what is used to pay for subscriptions and hardware every year for your technology.
We then have 4 tiers of service you can choose from based on how much you want us to manage.
We charge you a set fee per device based on that tier and up to 10 unique users.
What we build is yours to keep, so if you decide to stop using our services, we simply hand you all of the keys and documentation to give it to the next guy. We will never hold any of your data or the tools you pay for hostage, we understand things can get tough, and we’ll be here if you need to come back.

Mom n’ Pop Shop
We deploy and manage 24/7/365 MDR and XDR solutions, Password Management, Remote Monitoring, and Patching solutions at an affordable price for your small business.
Everything in Mom n’ Pop PLUS: We manage monitor your network/firewalls, keep the WiFi stable and secure, and make an inventory of your network so you know what and where everything is.
Network Protect
Network Protect + Recover
Everything in Network Protect PLUS: We deploy and manage backups for your workstations and Microsoft 365 environments. We build backup policies and procedures for your business so that if something ever happens, the business can come back and keep rollin’.
Real McCoy Managed IT
Everything in Network Protect + Recover PLUS: We manage your M365 environment, further secure your technology, securely wipe and recycle, work with cyber insurance vendors, deploy cybersecurity training, deploy data loss prevention, web protection, peripheral protection, and much more.
Not ready to commit to a service contract, but still need help?
We charge $80/hour billed in one-hour blocks for on-site service calls.
